Rogue Panel of Appellate Judges Steps In and Blocks Jen Psaki's Deposition in Missouri and Louisiana Lawsuit to Protect Biden Regime

In May of 2022, the Attorneys General of Missouri and Louisiana filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration, including President Joe Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Department of Homeland Security, and various federal agencies and Secretaries. The suit alleges that these individuals and organizations have participated in a coordinated effort, alongside Big Tech, to censor and manipulate the American public on a range of issues, including the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop, the integrity of the 2020 election, and skepticism surrounding the origins and severity of COVID-19 and the COVID-19 vaccine.

As part of this lawsuit, former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was also named as a defendant. Psaki has been accused of spreading misinformation and disinformation regarding COVID-19 and other issues on a daily basis, and of pressuring Big Tech to censor speech that contradicts the official narrative of the Deep State.

The Attorneys General and other plaintiffs in the case, including Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit, sought to depose Psaki as part of their legal proceedings. The federal district court in Louisiana granted permission for the deposition to take place, but Psaki's lawyers subsequently appealed to a panel of judges on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, asking them to block the deposition. The panel initially ordered the trial court to find alternative means of obtaining the information, but the trial court upheld its decision to allow the deposition to proceed.

However, today the same panel of judges formally blocked Psaki's deposition, using a procedural move that prevents the case from being appealed to the full 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. This ruling has been met with criticism, with some accusing the judges of being "Deep-State-boot-licking" and suggesting that the judicial system is staffed by "transparently political hacks" who give favorable treatment to the rich and powerful.
